Solby has closed four funding rounds currently, with the last being late 2019 for €1.2 million.

Quidax, which was created in 2017, is Africa’s first user-focused cryptocurrency exchange, taking advantage of its location in the Mediterranean Sea. Its team, based in San Gwann, makes it simple to buy cryptocurrencies with local currency, making them available even to beginners. Its target for 2020 is to create the liquidity required to power the next wave of remittances, which will be four times cheaper, eight times faster, and much more efficient.
